Sprouting improves the digestibility of the nutrients in grains, nuts and seeds. The sprouting process (soaking, rinsing and germination) changes the composition of grains with beneficial results for your health.
Enzymes that aid digestion and deactivate aflatoxins (carcinogens) are produced in the process. Sprouting also produces Vitamins C and B (B2, B5 and B6) while increasing carotene.
