Pounds/Sizes lost: I originally lost 40 lbs, since then I have gained 3-5 lbs of muscles.I started at a size 12 and ended wearing a size 2 and still do (YAH!).
What motivated her to change: My bosses, Patricia and Peter (co-owners of Blue Mountain Organics) encouraged me to "get fit," but after the first day in the gym I was hooked. Lessons learned in November: Terri Turner’s high protein and low carb plan is delicious, nutritious, and so far has melted the pounds away as she predicted! I can’t believe we’re on week five of the diet and fitness plan. In general I think time goes by quickly but since Jason and I started these regimens it’s sped up to double time. Days are filled with work, work outs, and preparing food. Four years ago, I decided I needed a change, and transformed my diet from vegetarian plus seafood (aquatarian?) to vegan and gluten-free. Things went very well, with weight dropping and energy bopping! About 6 months later, I joined the gym, and against all previous indications, fell in love with fitness.
